About

Who runs this, and what they get out of it.

Every directory should answer that on the way in. Most bury it. Ours is the second thing on the page.

The short version

Built because the word “verified” stopped meaning anything.

The largest medical spa directory in North America advertises tens of thousands of “verified listings.” Its verification is: scraped from Google Maps, minimum three stars, with paid featured placement on top. Nothing is checked against a licence. Nothing is checked against anything.

Meanwhile the two things a patient most needs to know — is this person registered, and who authorized them — are sitting in free public databases that almost nobody thinks to search. That gap is the entire product.

Independence

The conflict, stated before you find it.

Know Your Injector is operated by Loveseyland Ltd., a Toronto media studio. Loveseyland also runs a marketing compliance practice that sells services to clinics in this sector.

That is a real conflict of interest, and pretending otherwise would be worse than having it. So here is exactly where the wall sits.

What is true

· Listing, verification and the badge are free to everyone.
· No placement, rank or status can be purchased at any price.
· The criteria are published; meeting them requires hiring nobody.
· Loveseyland clients appear here on identical terms to everyone else.
· This disclosure appears in the footer of every page on the site.

What we will not do

· Sell compliance services on this website.
· Bundle an audit with a listing or a verification.
· Let a commercial relationship affect a verification outcome.
· Use this directory as a lead list for the services business.
· Publish a paid review, ranking or “editor's pick” of any clinic.

Why the services business isn't sold here

A verifier that sells services to the people it verifies is a ratings agency paid by the issuers. It doesn't matter how carefully it behaves — the structure is what people judge, and they are right to. So the compliance practice lives on Loveseyland's own site, is never marketed through this one, and takes no signal from it.

If you're a clinic

Two doors, deliberately separate.

Free, here

Claim your profile, get verified, take the badge, and use our education library with your patients. None of it costs anything and none of it involves talking to us.

Paid, elsewhere

Loveseyland's compliance practice audits clinic marketing against Health Canada, CPSO and CNO requirements and rebuilds it. It is a separate company offering, not sold on this site, and engaging it changes nothing about your listing.

What that involves

We link to it once, here, on the page that discloses the relationship — rather than pretending the connection doesn't exist or letting it colour the rest of the site.

Coverage

Ontario now. Then the provinces with a register.

The model runs anywhere a nursing or medical college publishes a searchable register — which is every Canadian province, plus the UK, Australia and most US states. We're doing Ontario properly first.

Why Ontario first?
It's roughly 58% of Canada's medical spa market, and the CNO's June 2026 guideline made the authorizing-provider disclosure explicit — which is the exact data point this directory publishes.
When do other provinces launch?
When we can verify them at the same standard, not before. A directory that covers ten provinces badly is worth less than one that covers a single province properly.
Is this affiliated with any college or regulator?
No. We read their public registers, the same way you can. No college endorses, reviews or is associated with this site.
How is this funded?
By Loveseyland. There is no outside investment, no advertising and no listing revenue. If that ever changes, this page changes first and we'll say what changed.
