If we were wrong the correction appears in the profile's history and stays there. If we were right, that's recorded too.
Contact their college directly — they investigate and we do not. Reporting to us changes what this website says. Reporting to the regulator can change someone's practice.
When the criteria change the version number changes and the previous version stays available. A standard you can revise silently is not a standard.
